Win a trip for 2 to the Red Sox vs. Yankees in London June 29 - 30!

The Maine Sports Hall of Fame will be sending two lucky fans to London for the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees series on June 29-30. Thanks to the generosity of Direct Travel, the Maine Sports Hall of Fame will begin selling raffle tickets on Friday, April 12 until Friday, May 17 to support their annual student-athlete scholarships.

“With our Mission of making A Better Maine Through Sport, we are proud to provide $5,000 scholarships to five high achieving student-athletes,” said Maine Sports Hall of Fame Chairman Dick Whitmore. He continued “The support of Direct Travel enables 100% of the sale of these Red Sox – Yankees in London raffle tickets to underwrite our scholarship fund.”

Tickets, limited to only 250, are on sale for $100 each at www.mshof.com/raffle through May 17 or until sold out. Winner will receive roundtrip airfare for two from Boston to London, 3 nights hotel lodging and reserved tickets for Red Sox vs. Yankees June 29 & 30 at London Stadium. Travel must be completed by July 1, 2019. Winning ticket to be announced at Maine Sports Hall of Fame Annual Induction Ceremony May 19, 2019, 2 p.m., Merrill Auditorium, Portland, Maine. Our Mission

The Maine Sports Hall of Fame was established in 1972 for the purpose of: 1) appointing and bestowing recognition awards and scholarships to outstanding Maine high school scholar-athletes; and, 2) to formally honor and memorialize Maine athletes and sports figures who have brought distinction and honor to the state of Maine.
